Great News! DSM Telecom has expanded our portfolio of product offerings and as a result we’ve made some improvements to our billing platform. These changes will affect the overall layout of the invoices and also creates ease of access to you the customer for all services except conferencing. “Conferencing services will continue to be billed as is now, via email on the 1st of each month for usage during the previous month”.
Please review these improvements below.
Invoice issue date. Your DSM Telecom invoice will now be issued to you on the 15th of every month beginning August 15th, 2010. It will continue to be sent to you via email in a PDF format.
We have improved the overall look and layout of the bill. A sample bill and documentation on how to read you bill will be available under the support tab of this website.
EBILL (coming soon) is a convenient secure website where you can access your account with DSM and retrieve your monthly invoice. Your account will provide you with payment details, historic billing and balance due information. By using eBill, you can also retrieve customized reporting pertaining to your call detail records. Through your login, you can download your Call Detail Records in the format you wish. For example; Excel, CSV, PDF.
You account number has changed as well. Please refer to your new account number with DSM Telecom in the top right hand corner of your invoice.
Please be advised Usage based services will be billed a calendar month in arrears and static services will be bill a calendar month in advance. For Example;
For the bill run on August 15, 2010
- Will include Long Distance, Toll Free and Calling card usage from July 1st, July 31st, 2010
- Will include Recurring services charged from your start date of these services (if applicable) through to and including the billing period of September 1st – September 30th, 2010.
***Usage based services include but are not limited too- Long Distance, Toll Free and Calling Cards
***Recurring based services include but are not limited too- Local service, Hosted IP services, Installations, Professional services…etc.
