You may call 1-700-555-4141 to see who your current provider is. This call must be made from the phone in question.

Can I keep my existing numbers?

Yes, toll free numbers that are switching to another carrier will require a signed order form giving authorization.

When will my long distance plan become active?

The switch usually takes about 3-10 business days to complete. Once you have agreed to DSM Telecoms toll services and your order has been placed, we will notify your local phone company so they may change the pic code in their switch.

Can my long distance service be included with my hosted solution through DSM Telecom?

DSM Telecom charges a per minute rate for LD usage, however; bundling incentives maybe reviewed if required on a case-by-case basis.
